SHIPPING & RETURNS

All orders processing times are custom to the product themselves, some pieces being hand finished or completely made to order. There is normally a 2-3 day processing, with the exception of hand finished and made to order pieces that can take 3-5 days processing before they're shipped. UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and take 2-3 business days to arrive, Europe is 5-6 and the rest of the world is 6-7. Once the item has been shipped from us we are not liable for the cost of any import tax your country may entail, and should so be taken care of by the recipient. For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging in its original form within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it if stock is available or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased. Please note that some items require hand finishing so may add 1-2 extra days for processing your order.
